    The Garrett Goldmaster 24K, operating at 48 kHz, is particularly suitable for the search for precious metals, with particular sensitivity to small and very small gold nuggets and jewelry.

    It is equipped with a large backlit display  that shows all the machine settings and identification information of the detected objects.

    At the top of the display, the GM24K shows the range of ferrous metals, gold and other highly conductive metals (bronze, copper, silver etc.), as well as identification with ID numbers between 0 and 99.

    A brand new patented XGB soil balance system can handle extremely mineralized soils in a ultra-efficient way thanks to the innovative Multiple Point analysis and balancing technology.

    For advanced users, TracLock and Ground Grab are just a touch of a button away. You can also assign an offset in terrain balancing in either TracLock or XGB modes.

    With 10 levels of adjustable sensitivity, adjustable audio volume with two boost levels, adjustable discrimination, vSAT, adjustable threshold, non-motion pinpoint and Tone ID mode, Garrett Goldmaster 24k is the most advanced VLF gold nugget detector on the market.

    Where to find raw gold?

    The areas where the search for gold with metal detectors is most practiced are in Northern Italy,at the foot of the valleys of the Alpine arc, mainly along the western slope up to the Ligurian Apennines. In the plains of Piemonte and Lombardy it is possible to identify traces of gold  of alluvial origin, which comes in the form of thin gold flakes,in the rivers and in the surrounding soils.

    Even today it is possible to find traces of raw gold in the form of small nuggets. The most avid seekers  scour the waterways of Biella, the Orba in the Elvo river and in the Ticino.
