MULTI-FLEX SIMULTANEOUS MULTI-FREQUENCY
You can choose from 4 powerful single frequencies (5, 10, 15 and 20 kHz) to improve detection on specific targets, or select one of APEX's simultaneous multifrequency modes to achieve excellent detection with great depth and responsiveness across all types of targets and terrains.
APEX also features the MULTI-SALT multifrequency mode, optimized for salt water search for maximum operating power even in the shoreline or with the submersed coil.

Simultaneous Multifrequency refers to the transmission, reception and CONCURRENT analysis of 2 or more operating frequencies by the metal detector.
Unlike the Sequential Multifrequency, which transmits, receives and analyzes 2 or more frequencies but one after the other in rotation, the Simultaneous Multifrequency is much faster and more responsive in the processing of the various signals managing to analyze them at the same time.
Simultaneous Multifrequency systems, such as APEX's Garrett Multi-Flex, therefore allow to analyze targets with a high number of frequencies, thus ensuring better objects identification and a more effective elimination of disturbances related to ground mineralization.
